Jim Tharp, D.D.S. has been practicing dentistry for over 35 years and has completed several courses offered by the Pankey Institute and Dawson Academy. He is a Fellow and member of the International Academy of Mini Dental Implants. With over 25 years of teaching experience in dentistry across 17 states and three countries, he has devoted his career to delivering top-notch dental care.

Joe Gillespie, D.D.S.

Founder/Lecturer
Joe Gillespie, D.D.S. has placed over 20,000 small diameter implants and has trained more than 10,000 dentists on the small diameter implant protocol for the past 20 years. He was named one of Dental Learning’s Top Speakers of 2010. He has completed a number of studies in the area of small diameter implants, and is the president and founder of the Small Diameter Implant Academy.
